The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.

The shower was a bit strange, with two showerheads and very little hot water. We could barely get four minutes of hot water before it turned cold, which was frustrating.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the great room comfort and cleanliness. the location was also a key factor for me as it allowed me to easily explore the city.

I found the shower system quite strange, with a low hot water capacity that only lasted for about 4 minutes. the service from the male receptionist was not up to my standard, as he refused to serve me any food after 10:30pm, although someone else arrived a few minutes later and was able to order food.
